Portside Real Estate was looking to provide a complete overhaul of their Yarmouth office building when gafARCH was approached. Their primary goal of the project was to provide a facelift to the building that was in need of new roofing, windows, siding, provide more natural light to the interior and better navigate the circulation of the interior spaces. They also wished to slightly downsize their office footprint within the building to allow for additional tenant space. We discussed new building materials, entrance canopies and ways to provide appealing tenant space in the left-over footprint not needed for their own office.

The final product includes custom designed entry canopies, all-glass interior partitions for offices and conference rooms and a vibrant new space to help the good folks of Maine sell or purchase their next property.
