Located in the Sparhawk Mill in Yarmouth, this tenant fit out started with an empty space with only a bathroom. After the transformation, Swift Current Energy now has a new satellite office designed to let all the natural light into the center of the space through all glass partitions for the office along the windows. The result was a bright and airy central common working space for all visiting employees and clients. The design focused on clean, crisp details for doors and walls, all custom made and finished on site. You can feel the history of the Mill building within the new space through maintaining the exposed timber frame and emulating the aforementioned with a unique, pine clad dropped ceiling with recessed lighting.
